  Having had an ache in my hip for over week, a long drive to London flared up my sciatica. On the journey down it was a pain in the butt. 18 hours later having got back it was running down my right leg terminating behind the knee. Pain killers didn't work and neither did laying down, sitting down, stretching or moving about. No matter how skeptical I am regarding holistic therapies, I'd have given fairies a shot just to get to sleep - Demented, I succumbed to Reflexology. OMG. After an hour, I was pain free but scared to move in case it was the position I was in and nothing to do with Yvonne's spooky skills. Desperate for a whisky nightcap I got up and was completely pain free. 2 days later and I'm still pain free. I can't explain it but I now believe in it. THANK YOU.
