  I have been a customer for many years with three/four different cars and my parents and siblings have also taken cars there too. They used to have great customer service and were very friendly. Recently however this has changed. Customer service is far below a decent standard for a long standing customer and they are happy to lose business instead of acting reasonably and fairly. Needless to say, after this latest incident neither I nor my family will be taking our cars to them again and I recommend others to stay away. Also if you want your car fixing under warranty don't go here as they have decided to stop doing these.
